1Do you offer rush services?
Yes. Having said that, turn time is typically very fast. If film ships we try to drop it in the mail ASAP as well. Often times, artwork is turned within day.
1Can I send you film files to print for me?
Absolutely. If you received files that need to print with halftones, you need the proper software for output. If you don't have that, we can output the films for you!
1What services do you use for shipping?
By default we use USPS priority. These is usually the cheapest and fastest way to ship film. We can also use UPS or Fedex if you prefer.
1Can you send my films using my shipping account?
Yep! Whether you want to send us your account numbers, or send a print ready label, that works just as well!
1What are my payment options?
We send an invoice you can review and pay online fairly easily. We also accept PayPal, Venmo, or Apple Pay.
1What if my client sent me bad artwork?
Let us handle that. Sometimes the customers don't know any better. We can tidy up or vector most files and have a few other tricks up our sleeves as well.
1How much experience does Tee Seps have?
Over 10 years! We have been on all sides of successful shop. From proofing artwork, to film, to burning screens, to printing a job on press. We are familiar with it all.
1Are you familiar with the process of getting jobs on the press?
Yes. We can even suggest screen meshes you should use, along with print order and Pantones.
1How long does it take to receive a quote?
We quote fast! Typically within the hour. On off hours, we will quote asap the next morning.
1Is someone available on the weekends?
We usually are around on the weekends, at least monitoring emails for quotes and questions. We have no problem scheduling time to setup jobs on the weekend with a heads up.
1Can you set up my films with a choked base?
No problem, yes. We can pull back a base a pixel or so if needed. This is commonly done so the base does not peek out under the colors.
1Tell me about the films you send to me?
Our films are DARK! So no worries about properly burning them, they will expose just fine. Each sheet will also have targets/registration for alignment and color labels.
